I called Excellent Services based on the good reviews I saw on Angies List and was not disappointed. I needed my carpets cleaned in a hurry and when I called Mike was on the road and actually pulled off to take my call. They were able to schedule me two days later and were prompt, professional, pleasant, extremely careful and conscientious and a pleasure to have in my home. I have had my carpets done the past but their work surpassed anything I had done previously.
I have been using Excellent Services for my carpet cleaning for over 10 years. During my last cleaning I asked Jim and Mike if they clean no wax vinyl floors. My kitchen and entrance hall were very unsightly and traditional cleaning was not working. Jim said they had a safe and effective cleaner that might work. He applied some to a small spot on the kitchen floor and it was spotless. I scheduled them to come back and do the kitchen and hall. What a fantastic job. I could not be happier. The floors look brand new. It is a pleasure doing business with Jim and Mike. Excellent Services is just what it says, “excellent”.
