PRESSURE WASHING
Excellent Services is now providing pressure washing services for it’s
customers. We use a machine that produces 1750 psi water pressure, and we
need access to an electrical outlet and a hose bib (standard garden hose connection) to complete the project.
Excellent Services provides pressure washing services for sidewalks, patios & smaller driveways. Standard pricing for this services is $1 per square foot.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will re-clean for you free of charge. * An area consists of any standard room, or walk-in closet. Combination, L shaped, or rooms over 200 sq. ft. count as two. Most furniture moved, if needed. Standard 7ft. sofa & 5 ft. love seat. Extra charge for sectional sofas, chaise lounges, recliners, leather, & dry-cleaning. We do not offer any type of
guarantee on dry cleaning, spot or pet stain removal, or on any of our odor removal services. Sales tax & $10.00 fuel surcharge are additional. Added charge if residence/ business is located out of service areas. Minimum charge for any project is $99.99.
